As a recipient of the Bose Diamond Service Award we offer a 1 year warranty on all repairs performed in our Concord, California facility. In most cases, your Wave Radio, Wave Radio CD, Lifestyle, or Lifestyle Home Entertainment System can be repaired within 48 hours of receipt.

• Many multi-component Bose Home Entertainment Systems such as the Lifestyle and Home Entertainment may not require the full system to be sent in for repair.

Please Call 1-800-442-4491 Ext. 540 and discuss with our trained Technician any complaint that you are experiencing with your Bose System prior to shipping.

• Any Bose product, sent in for repair, that demonstrates customer abuse or has had liquid intrusion discovered during initial repair inspection will initiate a call to the customer to discuss other repair options.

• A $45.00 bench test fee will be charged on all "No Trouble Found" Units
